The Road to Ownership
Go from Dormant to Dollars with An Arizon Dome
You Have a Need for Indoor Space
Whether you’re starting a new business, expanding an existing facility or converting an outdoor playing surface into an indoor complex, an Arizon Building System is the most cost-effective form of construction available on the market.
Contact
Contact Arizon Building Systems to schedule a brief informational webinar on our buildings.
Learn
An Arizon sales representative will meet with you via web conference or in person to discuss the advantages of an Arizon Building System, answer any questions you may have, and learn more about your project goals and timeline.
Budgetary Proposal
After learning about your project, an Arizon representative can share a preliminary pricing estimate with you, or, should your project be further along, prepare a formal proposal.
Consult with our in-house architects & construction managers
Arizon’s in-house team of over 30 architects, engineers, and project managers will work with you and recommend specific building features to fit the exact needs of your business or organization.
Receive detailed engineering & Construction Documents
For a nominal deposit, Arizon’s engineering and project management team will prepare stamped architectural drawings that will be used to apply for construction permits, commence site work construction, and release the building system to production. This is not an extra fee, but a deposit that comes off of the building’s final price.
Permitting
The Arizon project management team will walk you through the steps involved in obtaining all necessary permits. Arizon Building Systems are designed to meet or exceed all applicable requirements dictated by International Building Code.
Approve final building design
Once you have had ample time to review and approve the engineering and construction planning documents provided by the Arizon engineering and project management team, Arizon will begin production on your facility.
Site Construction
Arizon will work with our in-house construction service, Compass Construction Management, to ensure that necessary site construction work occurs simultaneously with the manufacturing of your fabric building. Alternatively, you may select a construction company of your choice to perform this work.
Building Released to Production
Your Arizon Building System will be manufactured concurrently with the site work construction. Arizon manufactures its building systems at two plants in the St. Louis region that total over 180,000 square feet.
Shipping & Installation
Once site work and building production has completed the Arizon Building System will be delivered to your site, where an Arizon Field Installer will manage the installation of your building.
