Our domes often get confused as being used for strictly covering isolated sports fields or tennis courts, but there are many more applications for an air-supported building.
Attachments to Other Structures
Our domes have the ability to attach to conventional buildings in a variety of ways, with several different design interface options. A structural connection to a building requires that the other building takes the uplift load created by the internal air pressure in the structure. Arizon’s engineering team will calculate the design loads required of the building as part of the design process.
Examples of applications where this type of construction would be useful are:
- Clubhouses
- Office spaces
- Fitness centers
- Warehouses
- Light manufacturing
